Media Library Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in using our Media Library. These terms govern your use of the media assets (images, videos, graphics, and other content) made available to you by The trustee for the SAS Family Trust, trading as Robo-Tek International ABN 78 584 676 082  (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing, downloading, or using any content from our Media Library, you agree to the following:

1. Permitted Use

• You may use the media assets to promote and advertise our products in your own business marketing materials, including websites, online stores, social media, email campaigns, and printed collateral.

• You may add your business name, logo, watermark, social media handle(s), pricing, or sale/discount information.

2. Restrictions

You must not:

• Alter, crop, heavily filter, distort, or manipulate the images or videos beyond basic branding (as outlined above).
  Use the assets in a misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate context.

• Misrepresent your relationship with us or imply that you are the manufacturer of the product.

• Share, license, sell, or redistribute the assets to third parties outside your business.

3. Intellectual Property

All media assets remain the intellectual property of Robo-Tek International. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free licence to use the content solely for the purposes described above.

4. Brand Representation

We reserve the right to request the removal or modification of any use of our media assets that, in our reasonable opinion, misrepresents our brand or products.

5. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access to the Media Library at any time if these terms are breached.
