Refunds and Returns Policy

At Robo-Tek, we stand by the quality of our products and comply with Australian Consumer Law.


1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Please choose carefully before confirming your order.


2. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your consumer rights

3. Warranty

All products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified.
This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.


4. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  • Email us at service@robo-tek.com.au

  • Include your order number and reason for return

  • We'll guide you through the next steps

5. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be in original condition (unless faulty)

  • Include all parts, manuals, and packaging (if applicable)

  • Be returned to us within 14 days of approval

Shipping costs for returns are:

  • Covered by us if the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Covered by you if the return is not due to our error

6. Google Merchant Center Compliance Note

We comply with Google’s requirements, including:

  • Displaying clear refund/return instructions

  • Providing visible contact information

  • Offering transparent shipping and warranty info
