Shipping and Delivery Policy

Supply and Delivery
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and acceptance of your Order by Robo-Tek, Robo-Tek will sell and supply the products listed in your Order confirmation.
Products are normally dispatched the next business day. If products are not available for immediate delivery, the estimated delay will be shown on the website—such as on the Checkout and Cart pages. However, unforeseen shipping delays may occur and are outside our control.
When completing your Order, you’ll be prompted to select whether you want to:
Collect your Order from a Robo-Tek store, or
Have it delivered to an address you specify.If Robo-Tek cannot deliver your Order within the indicative timeframe, you may cancel the Order without charge. A full refund will then be processed.
Delivery times to regional or remote areas may exceed 5 business days.
Delivery by Post or Carrier
The delivery address must be within Australia. Orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes or freight forwarding locations.
Once your Order is received, Robo-Tek will generally dispatch it within 5 business days.
Robots are sent via courier (e.g. Toll, TNT Express).
Spare parts are sent via Australia Post (Express or Standard, as selected in your Order).
You are not required to be available in person to receive your delivery.
To change your delivery date or address, please contact sales@robotek.com.au immediately.
Robo-Tek will use its best efforts to deliver your Order within the stated timeframes, but does not guarantee them. Many external factors may affect delivery times.
Please advise us at checkout (or shortly thereafter) of any delivery challenges. If you fail to notify us and the delivery contractor deems the location difficult to access, you may be liable for additional charges, including re-delivery fees.
Robo-Tek cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party delivery services.
