2025 Magic of Christmas Promotion

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Robo-Tek “Magic of Christmas” Promotion (the “Promotion”) run by Robo-Tek International Pty Ltd ABN 87 142 642 254 (“Robo-Tek”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Robo-Rewards Loyalty Program Terms.

1. Promotion Overview

The “Magic of Christmas” Promotion includes:

• Limited-time product discounts on selected Robo-Tek products available for purchase on our website; and

• Double Robo-Rewards Points for all eligible purchases made during the promotional period.

2. Promotion Periods

a. Discount Period

• The discount offer begins at 8:00 a.m. (AEST) on Monday, 24 November 2025, and ends at 4:30 p.m. (AEST) on Monday, 15 December 2025 (“Discount Period”).

• Discounted pricing is available only while stocks last and only for purchases completed within the Discount Period.

b. Double Points Period

• The Double Robo-Rewards Points promotion begins at 8:00 a.m. (AEST) on 24 November 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (AEST) on 1 January 2026 (“Double Points Period”).

• Customers who make eligible purchases during the Double Points Period will automatically receive double the standard points on qualifying transactions.

3. Eligible Purchases

• The Promotion applies only to purchases made through the official Robo-Tek website at www.robo-tek.com.au.

• Discounts apply only to selected products displayed with promotional pricing at the time of purchase.

• Double Robo-Rewards Points apply to all purchases that meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Robo-Rewards Terms and Conditions.

• Points are calculated on the final purchase amount after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, and any third-party fees.

• Points will be credited to the customer’s Robo-Rewards account within 14 business days of order dispatch.

4. Stock Availability

All products are offered while stocks last. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability. Robo-Tek reserves the right to remove, update, or replace any promotional product at its discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Robo-Tek will dispatch orders as promptly as possible to ensure delivery before Christmas.

• To maximise the chance of pre-Christmas arrival, customers are encouraged to complete purchases no later than 15 December 2025.

• Robo-Tek uses reputable third-party carriers for delivery but cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.

• We will, however, always do our best to assist in tracking, claims, or replacement where possible.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

• This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, or promotional offers unless specifically stated.

• The Promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• Commercial and wholesale purchases may be excluded at Robo-Tek’s discretion.

• Discounts and double points apply only to new orders placed during the stated periods. Orders placed before 24 November 2025 or after 1 January 2026 are not eligible.

7. Returns and Exchanges

If you return or cancel an eligible item, any promotional discount or double points applied to that purchase will be reversed or adjusted accordingly in your Robo-Rewards account, in line with our standard returns policy.

8. Errors and Omissions

Robo-Tek reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update promotional details, or withdraw products from sale at any time without prior notice where necessary to ensure accuracy and fairness.

9. Privacy

All personal information collected during this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Robo-Tek Privacy Policy.
