Robo-Loyalty Program

1. Overview
The Robo-Loyalty Program (“Program”) is operated by Robo-Tek International Pty Ltd (“Robo-Tek”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By joining or using the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and are in addition to our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to individual retail customers who create an account on our website at https://www.robo-tek.com.au.
The Program is not available to Trade Customers or users who purchase via the Robo-Tek Trade Portal, as Trade Customers already receive special pricing and benefits that are more advantageous than loyalty points.
3. Earning Points
Members earn 1 point for every $1 (AUD) spent on eligible purchases made through our website.
Points are calculated on the amount actually paid (after discounts, coupons, or gift cards are applied).
New members receive a bonus of 100 points upon joining the Program.
Robo-Tek may offer promotional multipliers or bonus points at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
Points cannot be earned on cancelled or refunded transactions.
4. Redeeming Points
20 points = $1 discount on future purchases.
Points can be redeemed on any product category, including robots, accessories, and spare parts.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards.
Points must be redeemed before their expiry date (see Section 6).
Points are non-transferable and non-refundable once redeemed.
5. Communications
Members will receive:
An email notification when they become eligible for at least one reward.
A reminder email if they have not earned or redeemed points within the past 30 days.
A final reminder email 14 days before points are due to expire.
By joining the Program, members agree to receive these loyalty-related communications, which form part of the service. Members can unsubscribe from marketing emails but will still receive essential notifications about their points.
6. Expiry and Inactivity
Points expire gradually based on member activity.
If a member has not earned or redeemed points within 6 months, 50% of their existing points balance will automatically expire.
If there is still no earning or redemption activity within 12 months, the remaining points will expire in full.
Once expired, points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
Making a qualifying purchase or redeeming points resets the activity timer for the account.
7. Program Changes
Robo-Tek reserves the right to amend, reduce, or increase the value of points (e.g., during promotions or sale events) at its discretion.
If the value of points is reduced, we will provide members with reasonable prior notice via email.
We may also add, modify, or withdraw Program features, benefits, or rewards at any time without liability.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a member’s participation and delete or deactivate points if:
The member is banned or deleted from our system, or
Fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity is suspected.
Robo-Tek’s decision in such cases is final.
Members who voluntarily leave the Program will be marked as Opted-Out Members and will forfeit any remaining points.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Robo-Tek is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the suspension, termination, modification, or discontinuation of the Program.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
