Refunds, Returns & Repairs Policy

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as refunds are not normally provided where you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or find the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend carefully previewing orders before adding them to your cart and finalising your purchase.


Refund Policy

At Robo-Tek, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, so we offer our customers the chance to use the Robo-Tek robot for 5 days. If the robot does not perform as described in this website, you may return it to the place of purchase for a full refund (less a 15% restocking fee).


We recommend you inspect any goods upon delivery to ensure you're completely satisfied, including that the goods are of acceptable quality and match the description provided, should any item be missing from the packaging, or the wrong item shipped, please contact sales@robo-tek.co.au within 2 business days.


If you have any questions regarding the performance of the robot, please contact our Customer Service Team at service@robo-tek.com.au


Refunds (where applicable) will be issued via your original method of payment and are usually processed within 7 business days.


Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@robo-tek.com.au as soon as possible.

Robo-Tek will arrange to collect the damaged goods and provide either a replacement or a refund. Goods must be returned in the condition received, including all accessories and manuals.


Delivery Charges

If Robo-Tek deems that the goods breach a consumer guarantee, return shipping costs will be covered by Robo-Tek.

Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Robo-Tek store. The team will assist with inspecting the goods, organising repairs or replacements, or contacting Robo-Tek on your behalf.


Repairs are generally assessed and completed within a reasonable timeframe. You may receive an estimated repair time, which could vary based on factors such as part availability or fault complexity.


In some cases, you may be required to pay labour, assessment or freight fees—particularly if the issue is due to misuse or is not covered under the Australian Consumer Law or a manufacturer’s warranty. Repairs may involve refurbished parts or, in some circumstances, replacement with refurbished goods of the same type.


How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  • Email us at accounts@robo-tek.com.au

  • Include your order number and reason for return and we will guide you through the next steps


Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be in original condition (unless faulty)

  • Include all parts, manuals, and packaging (if applicable)

  • Be returned to us within 14 days of approval

  • Shipping costs for returns are:

  • Covered by us if the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Covered by you if the return is not due to our error
